ISP Team is a mobile CRM application developed by CircleLan for internal use by Internet Service Provider (ISP) sales teams. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use this application.

• GPS location data (only when the map or canvassing feature is active)
• Lead and customer data entered by users
• Activity history and visit schedules
• Team chat messages

• Displaying locations on the map for canvassing purposes

• Sales performance reporting and analytics

3. Data Storage

All data is stored on our servers hosted at circlelan.biz.id (Indonesia). Local data on your device is encrypted using Android Encrypted Shared Preferences. We retain data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell, trade, or share user data with third parties. The application uses the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

• Google Firebase — push notifications
• OpenStreetMap — map data

5. App Permissions

• Location — used for map display and field canvassing features
• Internet — required for data synchronization with the server
• Notifications — for chat notifications and schedule reminders
• Camera & Storage — for capturing field activity photos
• Contacts — for importing prospect data from phone contacts
• Biometrics — for optional fingerprint authentication

6. Security

We implement HTTPS encryption for all data communications, local encryption for sensitive data, and token-based authentication for every API request. Access to the application is restricted to authorized personnel only.

7. User Rights

Users may request deletion of their account and associated data by contacting the system administrator. This application is intended for internal use by authorized employees only and is not available to the general public.

8. Children's Privacy

This application is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be communicated through the application. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
